From now on, we will NOT RECYCLE MILK CONTAINERS. Cans and bottles should be placed in the blue bins.

We may start selling reusable St. Rose shopping bags at school and church.  If you see them, please remember us and buy one, or two, or three, or more to help up out.

Other possible upcoming projects include: making bird feeders to hang outside each classroom, a Green Day in April with a visit from Max Man, a garden on the school grounds and a field trip to the Johnston landfill.

We are looking for Lorax stuffed animals or anything to do with Dr. Seuss’s The Lorax.  If you have any items, please send them in with your child and have him/her give it to Mrs. Knee.

The treasurer, Samantha, and I talked to Mrs. Fuller about the possibility of having a green sculpture.   More information will come after we talk to the teachers.

Our Treasures from Trash project was very successful.

Thank you to everyone who helps to keep the Green Club running smoothly.

Your Green Club Secretary, Aaron
